**Seeds of Encouragement**

I learned a new word at the prayer conference I went to this weekend that resonated with me from a Widow perspective.

Widows can be described as One Word: Stalworth which means a strongly built person who shows bravery or is courageous.

As Widow’s we show courage and bravery with every step we make on this journey from every decision, handling household things, going to the grocery store, children activities, going to a restaurant by ourselves or going to places we would normally go with our husbands (family, friends, church gatherings, traveling, etc.), and so much more!

Widows are Stalworth Strong!
